Switched On

Join Tom & Brayden as they talk to a diverse range of guests who are Switched On in their own domains! From athletes & entrepreneurs to local aussie heroes, all of these guests have something inspiring to say to help you get more Switched On in areas of life that you are truly passionate about! Switched On is a platform we’ve created for younger crew like us who are looking at belonging to a community that upholds what it means to learn and grow from life’s experiences, becoming more Switched On in the process. This initiative is powered by the Happiness Co Foundation, but everything put forward is made by youth, for youth. Through Happiness Co we’ve been fortunate enough to work with over 20,000 students across Perth who have encouraged us to create this platform. We believe it has so much potential and we have plans for it to become the go-to platform for connection, wellbeing, support and community for young people. We always love your support and hope you stick around for the ride!

With the amount of schools that Brayden has been going to lately, he gets a lot of questions about how to deal with peer pressure, one of many aspects in growing up that can really affect one's self-efficacy, confidence as well as relationships with friends and family.
It is for this reason that we wanted to put out this episode that was recorded a while back with the same intention of answering questions and giving some tips as to how to manage peer pressure from a different perspective.
